At Black Sheep Coffee, we want you to love your brew; if your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy for equipment and unopened coffee bags. To ensure the highest quality and safety standards, please note that opened perishable goods cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
