We roast our beans in small batches to ensure maximum freshness. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours and delivered within 3-5 business days via standard shipping.
Can I return coffee if I don't like the taste?
As coffee is a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?

Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose from various grind sizes including Espresso, Drip, or French Press to suit your brewing method.
